Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms govern use of StudyOS, including study modules, mock practice, contribution uploads and the Ask Other Students forum.

1. Study purpose only

StudyOS is an independent study and revision tool. It is provided to help students revise concepts, practise questions and discuss learning issues.

StudyOS is not an official examination provider and does not guarantee that you will pass any exam. You remain responsible for checking official examination requirements, syllabus updates and regulatory changes.

2. Account access

Accounts may require email confirmation, phone number submission and admin approval. StudyOS may keep new accounts in demo-only or pending status until admin review is complete.

StudyOS may reject, suspend or restrict access if an account is used for spam, copyright abuse, point farming, harassment, unauthorised sharing, scraping, security attacks or other misuse.

3. Contributions

You may submit notes, mock questions, glossary suggestions, corrections and files for admin review. Submitting material does not guarantee approval, publication, access upgrade or contribution points.

By submitting a contribution, you confirm that you have the right to share it for review and that StudyOS may review, reject, mark duplicate, rewrite, summarise, convert or delete it.

4. Prohibited uploads and content

Do not upload or post raw copyrighted textbooks, internal-use papers, paid notes, leaked exam material, personal data, defamatory content, ads, recruitment messages, external contact details, malicious files or content you have no right to share.

Do not ask other students to contact you outside StudyOS for notes, sales, recruitment, group chats or paid tutoring unless admin has expressly allowed it.

5. Forum conduct

The Ask Other Students forum is for study questions and useful learning replies. Low-effort answers, repeated copy-paste, irrelevant comments, self-helpful votes, self-point farming and misleading explanations may receive zero points and may be removed.

Question owners may see their own posts but may not earn helpful-vote or answer points from their own thread in ways that game the contribution system.

6. Admin moderation

Admins may review, approve, hide, delete, warn, suspend, reverse points or mark content as ineligible for points. Moderation decisions are made to keep the platform useful, safe and legally clean.

7. No professional advice

StudyOS content is for examination revision and general learning. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, compliance advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, switch or replace any insurance or investment product.
